Return Policy
Hello Beach Beauties, we want you to LOVE your purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Sittin Pretty items we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase. Items being returned must be in original condition (unused and in original wrapping and box) to get the full refund. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the sole discretion of Sittin’ Pretty, LLC.
You will receive a credit back to the original payment method used during the checkout process. You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping of the items back to us. Please to be sure to include your Order Number and name and email address on the outside of your return. The Order number can be found on your invoice.
- We cannot provide any refund if we do not receive the actual item being returned. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery, in case package is lost in transit.
- Please allow us up to 3-5 business days to take care of your refund for the time we received your package. We will send you a confirmation email when we process your return.
We are unable to accept returns after the 14 day grace period.

Damaged goods. We take pride in shipping our products in perfect condition, but if by chance you receive an item that is damaged from shipping please contact us at info@sittinprettyinstyle.com and we will advise where to ship and give a full refund.
